Aspinity today announced that it has joined the Renesas Preferred Partners Program and released the AB2 AML100 Application Board, which integrates with the Renesas Quick-Connect IoT platform to enable rapid prototyping of near-zero power, always-on sensing systems.
Demonstrated at Embedded World 2023, the combined solution delivers glass-break detection at under 45µA in always-listening mode, allowing developers to quickly evaluate and build always-on applications that keep the digital system asleep until a relevant event is detected.
